About the role

MO-SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital is seeking a hospitalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed physician or advanced practitioner with experience in hospital medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to hospitalized patients under the supervision of attending physicians.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Current license to practice medicine or advanced practice in Missouri.
• Experience in hospital medicine preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
