About the Role

This flexible, full-time (.8–1.0 FTE) Family Medicine physician opportunity is located at SSM Health Madison East Clinic. Join a professional, cordial team of quality- and mission-driven physicians and advanced practitioners in a multi-specialty clinic offering both primary and specialty patient care, with onsite urgent care, pharmacy, X-ray, and lab. Inpatient needs are partnered with the SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital–Madison Hospitalist team. The clinic is conveniently located near Sun Prairie, Stoughton, Janesville, and downtown Madison.
