About the role

This flexible, full-time (.8–1.0 FTE) Family Medicine physician opportunity is located at SSM Health Madison East Clinic. Join a professional, cordial team of quality- and mission-driven physicians and advanced practitioners in a multi-specialty clinic offering both primary and specialty patient care, with onsite urgent care, pharmacy, X-ray, and lab. Inpatient needs are partnered with the SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital – Madison Hospitalist team. The clinic is conveniently located near Sun Prairie, Stoughton, Janesville, and downtown Madison. Family Medicine physicians receive a generous sign-on bonus in addition to a competitive two-year salary guarantee.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient family medicine care
• Collaborate with in-clinic specialists across 18 represented specialties
• Partner with SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital – Madison Hospitalist team for inpatient needs
• Participate in shared call schedule with RN triage
• Work within a mature Epic EMR with individual optimization options
• Contribute to superior clinical quality outcomes

Schedule

• .8–1.0 FTE flexibility
• Limited call: shared call schedule with RN triage — approximately 6–10 weeknights per year and 2 weekends per year
