About the role

This position plays a key role in driving sales growth and customer engagement through strategic partnerships and community outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to foster long-term business relationships.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership development and community engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay

The base salary for this role is $60,000 per year, with potential for performance-based bonuses.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
