Position Summary

We're seeking a results-driven, relationship-focused sales and marketing professional to grow our referral network and represent our practice to the medical community. You'll be the face of our practice to local physicians, building the trust and visibility that drives patient referrals. This is a full-time, exempt position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This territory for this position covers all clinical sites in the Greater San Diego and Riverside county areas, as far north as Temecula and south as Chula Vista/Eastlake. Candidate must have reliable transportation and ability to work both in the field and remotely.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral coordinators, and medical office staff
  • Conduct direct outreach and consultations with pediatric, primary care, otolaryngology, and other related practices
  • Follow up on referrals and deliver educational programs to patients and medical offices
  • Track outreach efforts, visits, and follow-ups in our CRM to ensure no lead or relationship falls through the cracks
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote our providers
  • Maintain existing referral accounts while actively prospecting and cultivating new leads
  • Work with marketing team to develop marketing materials to distribute in offices
  • Plan and execute 1-2 events annually for key accounts in market, in addition to weekly/monthly lunches and other initiatives
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, growth, operations and new business development to support both existing locations and new de novo/acquisitions in the market

Qualifications And Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales or marketing experience
  • A reliable vehicle (regular local travel required)
  • Strong prospecting and lead-generation instincts
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage pipelines and track activity
  • Confidence creating and delivering tailored presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote proficiency, strong written and verbal communication, comfort speaking to groups)
  • A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a consistently positive attitude
  • A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Openness to feedback and a relationship-management mindset

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic, if applicable, for extended periods
  • Occasionally lift objects up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, or reach as needed
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for patient care and equipment operation
  • Must have normal (or corrected) vision and hearing and be able to respond quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment, if applicable
