About the role

The compensation range for this position is $350-450k per year commensurate with experience plus a sign-on bonus. This position also includes a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries
  • Preparation of patients for return to work after illness or injury
  • Recommendation of tests to determine the extent of injury and appropriate treatment
  • Upholding the company's mission to provide exceptional patient care and aligning with the company's ESG goals
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
  • BC/BE in Interventional Pain, PM&R, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurology, or Sports Medicine
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state where work will be performed
  • Favorable malpractice history
  • Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • DEA license

  • Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities
  • Understanding of drug properties and interactions
  • Knowledge of preventive health-care measures
  • Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, and colleagues
  • Tact and skill in patient management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to mentor and supervise staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of medicine
