About the role
The compensation range for this position is $350-450k per year commensurate with experience plus a sign-on bonus. This position also includes a sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries
- Preparation of patients for return to work after illness or injury
- Recommendation of tests to determine the extent of injury and appropriate treatment
- Upholding the company's mission to provide exceptional patient care and aligning with the company's ESG goals
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
- BC/BE in Interventional Pain, PM&R, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurology, or Sports Medicine
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state where work will be performed
- Favorable malpractice history
- Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- DEA license

- Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities
- Understanding of drug properties and interactions
- Knowledge of preventive health-care measures
- Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, and colleagues
- Tact and skill in patient management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor and supervise staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of medicine
