Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Field (Nursing, Allied Health, etc.)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
