Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and families.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Field (Nursing, Allied Health, etc.)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
