Physician: Infectious Disease Specialist - Remote (PRN)

General Hours of Work

General Hours of Work: 16 daytime hours per week, 8 hours days with weekend coverage

Essential Functions

- Provide on-demand consultations via phone or video to partner facilities. - Collaborate with onsite clinical staff to coordinate care for patients. - Review patient results and make tailored recommendations. - Offer provider-to-provider support through phone consults.

Education and/or Experience

- MD or DO Degree required. - Minimum 3 years of active practice experience in Infectious Disease. - Telemedicine experience preferred but not required.

Certification, Licensure, and/or Registration

- Board certification in Infectious Disease. - One active state license (in any US state). - Multiple state licensures (supported by Avel eCare).
