About the role

Come live and practice in Billings where you can enjoy a host of outdoor amenities. Billings is the retail destination for much of the area and a regional hub for commerce. The city hosts a variety of conventions, concerts, sporting events, and other rallies. You'll be close enough to do a day trip to Yellowstone National Park.

Responsibilities

• Physician‑directed rounding hours (Monday‑Friday schedule)
• Separate on‑call team handles primary call; minimal emergency coverage only
• Manageable daily census of 16‑18 patients across 1‑2 facilities per day
• No procedures required and no independent ventilator management
• Opportunity to take on a Medical Director role as the practice grows
• Physician‑led post‑acute group dedicated to quality care and strong patient outcomes
• Ability to supervise APPs and contribute to leadership and quality initiatives

Requirements

• Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
