About the role
This position is located in a metro Alabama community that offers a mild winter climate, affordable housing, low property taxes, and easy access to Gulf Coast beaches. The area provides modern conveniences and amenities while retaining Southern charm and friendliness. It is a tourist stop on the way to the Florida Panhandle, just over an hour’s drive from the best beaches.
Responsibilities
- Provide ICU care in an open ICU with intensivist support.
- Work a 7‑on/7‑off day “round‑and‑go” schedule with no night shifts.
- No procedural responsibilities required.
Requirements
- Board‑certified (BC) and board‑eligible (BE) in Internal Medicine.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
