Physician - Hospital Medicine - Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Seeking Hospital Medicine Physicians to provide patient care in multiple California locations without night shifts. You will manage hospital admissions and patient care at critical access hospitals with on-site labs and imaging, covering approximately 6,000 annual encounters across three sites—Ukiah, Willits, and Fort Bragg. Collaborate with hospital staff and handle patient cases within a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Board eligible or certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• 2-3 years of hospitalist experience preferred
• Current CA license is advantageous
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality healthcare delivery
