Emergency Medicine Physician | Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

Join a community-based, Level III trauma center with an annual emergency department volume of 26,500. Work in a 9-bed ED with additional triage and fast care beds, collaborating with a team of 8 emergency medicine residency-trained, board-certified physicians and 3 advanced practice providers. Support includes real-time radiology, ultrasound, MRI, and specialty services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Participate in flexible scheduling, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.
• Contribute to local care leadership and support the community’s health needs.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Open to all experience levels, from new graduates to seasoned physicians.

Pay

Competitive compensation starting at $396,000 annually, with a $50,000 bonus for full-time commitment.
