Physician - Primary Care (Sign-on Bonus)

About the role

The Primary Care Physician is the leader of a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) (physician - RN - LPN - and clerical associate) which provides direct care for our Veterans enrolled in Primary Care at the Tomah VAMC. This position is eligible for a Recruitment/Relocation Incentive, the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), and the Physician Contract Buy Out Program (CBOP).

• Function as a full team member of the interdisciplinary team serving patients at the VA
• Provide history, physical examination, diagnosis, and initiation of medical treatment
