Primary Care Physician - Sign-On Bonus Available

Role Overview

This full-time primary care physician role involves managing a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via telehealth, and collaborating closely with in-office and virtual teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing patient care, including in-office procedures and telehealth consultations
• Supervising NP or PA colleagues as needed
• Engaging in continuous learning through weekly clinical rounds and team meetings
• Utilizing clinical training to deliver evidence-based care
• Obtaining additional licensure for virtual care in multiple states, if applicable

Qualifications & Skills

• Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• State license in California prior to start
• Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, and a passion for human-centered care
• Ability to adapt, collaborate, and effectively use technology in care delivery
