Primary Care Physician - Sign-On Bonus Available

About the Role

This full-time primary care physician role involves managing a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits in-office, via testing centers, and occasionally through telehealth. The position offers opportunities for licensure expansion to additional states for virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to diverse patient populations
• Perform in-office procedures and utilize technology for quality care delivery
• Supervise nurse practitioners (NP) or physician assistants (PA) colleagues
• Collaborate with in-person and virtual clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in continuous professional development, including Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities

Requirements

• Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (with plans for certification within 1 year)
• Licensed in California before starting
