Physician - Hospital Medicine - Part-Time - Days/Nights - Bon Secours Community Hospital

About the role

Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians to join their team at Bon Secours Community Hospital and St. Joseph’s Place Skilled Nursing Facility in Port Jervis, NY. The position offers autonomy, local control, and a national system of support.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center setting.
• Work in a 40-bed facility with 4 open ICU beds, handling an annual volume of 2,044 cases.
• Collaborate with ED and rapid response teams.

Requirements

A current NY state license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Certified in Hospital Medicine.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center setting.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex cases.

Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards.
