Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the scope of your medical specialty.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure patient care continuity.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Contribute to the education and professional development of junior staff members.
• Engage in research and clinical trials as appropriate.

Requirements

• Current VA state license is a plus.
• Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Experience in hospital medicine or relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

• K-1 status pay structure, allowing high tax deductions

Schedule

• 13-18 encounters per day per hospitalist
• 2-3 encounters per night per nocturnist
