Physician - Hospice/Palliative Care

Role: Palliative Care Physician providing inpatient care on a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Manage symptoms and support patients with serious, life-threatening illnesses, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to developing the palliative care program within the community. Qualifications & Skills: BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, fellowship training preferred or completion imminent, strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to work independently in a start-up setting.
