We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes summary, qualifications, duties, benefits/pay/schedule details. We need to parse content: The posting includes a summary paragraph: "The Lt. Col. Luke Weathers - Jr. - VAMC in Memphis - TN is recruiting for a Home Bases Primary Care (HBPC) Medical Director Physician to serve as a full-time Geriatrics and Extended Care physician. The position is accountable to the Chief of Geriatrics and Extended Care - for assuring the most effective delivery of state-of-the-art care by meeting or exceeding compliance standards." We can put that under an

About the role

maybe. Or "About the role" is appropriate. Qualifications: The posting has a long "Qualifications" section with basic requirements etc. We'll put under

Qualifications

(or Requirements). Since they ask to use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose Qualifications for the qualification details. Could also have Requirements but we can combine. Responsibilities: The duties section is long; we can put under

Responsibilities

. Benefits: The posting includes "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package" then details: Recruitment/Relocation Incentives (Sign-on Bonus), Education Debt Reduction Program, Pay, Paid Time Off, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, CME, Malpractice, Contract, Work Schedule. We need to separate Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. It does state Pay: "Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases". It states Paid Time Off: 50-55 days... It states Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, CME, Malpractice, Contract, Work Schedule. So we can have sections: Benefits (covering total rewards package, sign-on bonus, EDRP, insurance, retirement, etc.), Pay (competitive salary...), Schedule (Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm). Also maybe include Paid Time Off under Benefits or separate? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Paid Time Off into Benefits. But they said include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Paid Time Off is specific content; could be part of Benefits. However they also have a separate Pay and Schedule sections. We can decide to have Benefits (including total rewards, sign-on bonus, EDRP, insurance, retirement, licensure, CME, malpractice, contract, paid time off). Pay (competitive salary...). Schedule (work schedule). That seems reasonable. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting didn't have obvious boilerplate except maybe "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package" is not boilerplate. We'll keep. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for qualifications we have many items; we should format as list. For responsibilities also list. For benefits also list. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy". We'll keep as list items. We need to be careful not to lose details like the long qualification text. We'll break into list items each representing a requirement or sub-requirement. We also need to keep the "Additional Requirement: Maintaining a valid Drivers' License" and "Preferred Experience: ..." as list items. We need to keep the "Physical Requirements: In accordance with VA Directive and Handbook 5019." Might be a line; we can keep as list item. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    • with dash? But instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It didn't forbid nesting. We'll keep simple: just a flat list of responsibilities, each as
      • . We'll incorporate the "General duties include - but are not limited to:" as a
      • maybe not needed. Better to keep as a

intro then list. But they said use

for prose. So we can have a

        intro then

          for list. Thus:
