- Level I Trauma Center, Level II Pediatric Trauma Center – ACS verified
- 3000+ orthopedic cases per year
- 17 Faculty Members (Spine, Trauma, Sports Medicine, Hand, General)
- 20 Residents, 9 APPs
- Programs include working with Shriners Hospital for Children & Overton Brooks Veteran Administration Medical Center
- High existing volumes
- Collegial and multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses to collaborate on a customized plan of care for each patient
- This Position Combines teaching and patient care
- Emphasizes teaching and provides vitally important leadership and guidance to medical students and residents
