Physician - Gastroenterology

About the role

Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible Gastroenterologist to join their growing practice based at the new hospital in Westfield, IN, which is scheduled to open in Q2 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work in a great work atmosphere with engaged, cohesive partners
• Shared call with the Anderson team at a 1:5 ratio
• Utilize Community Health Network's extensive range of services including ERCP, cholangioscopy, EUS, capsule endoscopy, EMR, and RF ablation
• Participate in cancer care partnerships with MD Anderson Cancer NetworkTM
• Lead a physician-led organization with competitive compensation and benefits

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology
• Ability to perform conscious sedation for outpatient procedures
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Indiana
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
• Consistent and consecutive employment and training history
• Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration with the care team
• Build relationships with referring physicians
