Physician - Family Practice

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our team and help us continue to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients at our Stevenson, Washington clinic location.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care addressing both health and social justice needs.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and programs like PCPCH and Meaningful Use.
• Supervise and administer oversight for the education of physicians and other allied health professional learners.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field.
• Current Washington Medical License and DEA licensure in good standing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual - English/Spanish (preferred).
• Prenatal Care (preferred).
• EPIC- EMR (preferred).

Pay

• Total first-year value: $265,000k.
• First-year compensation package includes:
• $25,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment.
• $200,000 base salary.
• $40,000 first-year guarantee (FYG).
• Relocation support typically ranging from $5,000–$10,000.
• Full participation in our RVU incentive program, even in year one.
• Bilingual Differential: $0.75 per hour for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
