About the role
Rush Copley Medical Center, in Aurora, Illinois, part of the Rush University System for Health network of hospitals, is seeking a BC/BE Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join their primary care team in Yorkville, IL.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Collaborate with nursing staff and support team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Participate in weekend call rotation to ensure continuity of care for patients
- Contribute to practice growth during our expansion phase
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
- Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
- Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$265,000 - $345,000
Schedule
Full time, 100% outpatient role offering a balanced patient schedule with an even mix of pediatric and adult patients. The practice provides comprehensive primary care in a supportive environment with established systems and a team of 4.0 FTE Family Medicine physicians and 1.0 FTE Advanced Practice Provider.
