Physician – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient primary care services for patients across all ages (Family Medicine or Med-Peds scope).
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health and wellness.
• Work closely with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Care Managers, Behavioral Health, and specialty teams.
• Supervise and collaborate with Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners as appropriate.
• Cook up referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care.

What You Bring

• Required Qualifications:
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds).
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • DEA license and controlled substance registration (or ability to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
  • Recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with value-based care or population health is a plus.
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR); Allscripts experience is a plus.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually, based on experience.
• Bonus Potential: Up to $100,000 annually based on productivity and performance.
