We are seeking an Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join a home-based practice, providing high-quality primary care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive primary care services to diverse patient populations
• Providing patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including medical assistants and medical leadership
• Participating in administrative duties, with some remote flexibility for admin time
• Offering night call coverage once per month

Requirements

• MD license in the relevant state
• CPR certification
