Physician, Family Medicine

About the role

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care services within a supportive health system. You will deliver patient-centered care with extended 40-minute appointments for seniors and 20-minute visits for other patients. Patient panels are capped at 2,100, and you will work with a diverse care team including nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and behavioral health specialists.

The role involves 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours per week.
