About the role
Provide patient-centered outpatient care in a small-town clinic setting with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals. Admit patients to a nearby 24-bed Critical Access Hospital and utilize EPIC EMR for documentation. Participate in a multi-specialty group that includes family physicians and nurse practitioners, with visiting specialists on-site.
Manage a light call rotation of 1 in 13, primarily for nursing home back-up and clinic patients, with no hospital call required.
Requirements
- Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine
- Strong patient-focused approach and interest in small-town living
