About the role

Provide primary care services within a healthcare system, delivering personalized patient care through extended 40-minute appointments for seniors and 20-minute visits for others. You will be supported by an expanded care team that includes nurses, pharmacists, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and administrative staff.

Manage a capped patient panel of up to 2,100 patients, with a schedule of 36 clinical hours and 4 hours dedicated to administrative tasks per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care with extended appointment times tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Manage and maintain a patient panel of up to 2,100 individuals.
• Allocate 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours weekly.

• Active medical licensure.

Pay

Base salary ranging from $320,000 to $375,000, with additional incentives including:

• $100,000 signing bonus.
• $150,000 in loan repayment assistance.
