About the Role
Outpatient-only family medicine position in a small-town clinic, delivering patient-centered primary care. No hospital or OB duties. Low call rotation (1 in 13) and backup support for nursing home patients. EPIC EMR in use.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
- Participate in a low call rotation (1 in 13)
- Serve as backup for nursing home patients
- Collaborate with a multi-specialty team of physicians and nurse practitioners
- Admit patients to the attached 24-bed critical access hospital
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on outpatient care
Location & Environment
Scenic area near Minneapolis/St. Paul, Duluth, and Eau Claire, offering access to outdoor recreation. Small community with a population of 2,561 and a service area of 15,000.
Pay
$323,400 base salary with potential bonuses and incentives.
