Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine care in a 6-bed Emergency Department with access to a 310-bed Level I Trauma Center and a 40-bed offsite hospital.
• Work within the broader UMC system that includes: Comprehensive Stroke Center, Chest Pain Center, Level 4 Maternal Designation, and trauma services with access to UMC’s main campus resources.
• Treat approximately 39,000 annual visits across three Emergency Departments.
• Enjoy low volume, flexible scheduling that allows physicians to continue other work, including telehealth or side projects while on shift.

• Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Current TX state license is a plus.
