About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide emergency medicine services at Providence St. Mary Medical Center – Apple Valley, California.
  • Work in a Level IV Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center.
  • Manage a 44-bed Emergency Department with an annual volume of 85,000 and an average of 230 patients per day.
  • Lead new Trauma surgery and acute care surgery service as well as a robust Bridge Program for Opiate Use Disorders.
  • Participate in the American Heart Association 2024 Stroke GOLD PLUS Award with Target: Honor Roll Elite recipient program.

Requirements

  • Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.

Qualifications

  • Current CA state license is a plus.
