Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
Family Medicine physicians with extensive emergency department experience will be considered.
Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
Current IA state license is a plus.
About the Role
MercyOne Genesis Health System – Davenport, Iowa
A 359-bed facility with a 56-bed Emergency Department.
Level III Trauma Center.
Annual volume of almost 50,000.
Great range of pathology with varied acuity.
Supportive nursing leadership and hospital administration.

Responsibilities
- Trauma and non-trauma patient care in a Level III Trauma Center setting.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care continuity.
- Contribute to the academic environment with resident supervision.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians preferred.
- Family Medicine physicians with extensive emergency department experience will be considered.
- Current IA state license is a plus.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of Iowa.
