About the role

Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians, or Internal/Family Medicine physicians interested in EM fellowship opportunities. Provider housing is provided, within a 5-minute drive of the medical center, for commuter opportunities. Flexible schedules, including an option for blocked shifts, are offered to pursue passion projects and spend time on what is most important to you. Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and/or family medicine services at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock, CA.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in teaching and training of medical students and residents.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinical processes and patient outcomes.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Support the Emanuel Medical Center's mission to provide exceptional care to the community.

Requirements

• Current CA state license.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Passing scores from the USMLE or COMLEX exams.
• Experience in emergency and/or family medicine preferred.

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
