The Opportunity

Up to $150k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with extensive emergency department experience will be considered.
Current IL state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients in a rural setting.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and tele-critical care physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in tele-neurology, tele-infectious disease, and point of care ultrasound services.
• Support the community by providing care tailored to the unique needs of rural patients.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians preferred.
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with extensive emergency department experience.
• Current IL state license required.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and experience in emergency medicine.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.

In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
