Responsibilities
- Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and stroke center operations
- Work in a Level IV Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and stroke center setting
- Manage a 17% admit rate with an annual volume of 51,000
- Utilize sophisticated RME setup with 4 intake rooms, 7 treatment chairs, and 2 procedure rooms
- Work in a 188-bed hospital and 28-bed Emergency Department
- Benefit from Vituity scribes and staffed Urgent Care
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physician
- Current WA state license preferred
- Previous ED experience required
Qualifications
- Experience in a Level IV Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and stroke center setting
- Ability to manage a 17% admit rate with an annual volume of 51,000
- Knowledge of sophisticated RME setup with 4 intake rooms, 7 treatment chairs, and 2 procedure rooms
- Experience working in a 188-bed hospital and 28-bed Emergency Department

Pay
Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.
