Responsibilities

• Treat patients in a Level IV Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center setting.
• Work in a high-functioning urgent care facility with 10 rooms and a procedure room.
• Manage a patient volume of 24,000 annually with an average of 40-80 patients per day.
• Utilize point-of-care testing and on-site x-ray facilities, including CT and MRI.
• Collaborate with current residents in an academic setting.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Family Practice or Emergency Medicine trained physicians.
• Candidates with current WA state licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in urgent care settings.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a busy clinic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle high patient volumes.
• Proficiency in point-of-care testing and imaging.

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

Schedule

Facility hours are Monday through Friday 8a-8p and Saturday through Sunday 8a-4p.
