Pay
Base salary starts at $460,000 plus a $50,000 cardiac call stipend and a $50,000 sign-on bonus. Annual earnings can reach up to $650,000 with additional negotiable general call ($40,000) and optional weekend shifts.

Schedule
At-home cardiac call required one-third of the year with a very infrequent call-in rate. General call is not required but is available for additional compensation.
About the Role
LifeBridge Metropolitan Anesthesia provides general, pediatric, and cardiac anesthesia services at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and other care centers within the greater Baltimore region. Sinai Hospital is a full-service, non-profit acute care hospital and a Level II Trauma Center. It serves as a teaching hospital with residency programs in multiple specialties, including general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, and more.
Surgical services include general surgery, subspecialty orthopedic and gynecologic procedures, obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiac, thoracic, spine, dental, ophthalmologic, oncological, trauma, and robotic surgery.
The hospital is located in the northwestern section of Baltimore City near Pimlico Racetrack, home of the Preakness Festival.
