Physician - Cardiac Anesthesiology

About the role

Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Cardiac Anesthesiologists with CV experience and TEE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform bread and butter heart cases, averaging 50 cases annually.
• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, including general, outpatient, urology, orthopedic, and high-risk obstetrics.
• Participate in overnight and beeper call duties on a rotating basis, with a focus on maintaining work-life balance.
• Support regional anesthesia services; fellowship training is not required.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of CRNAs, AAs, and MDs in a collegial environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical license in South Carolina (or eligible).
• Experience in cardiovascular anesthesia; TEE certification is a bonus.
• Ability to handle a diverse case mix with professionalism and teamwork.
