This position pays between $52,100.00 - $65,125.00 based on experience.
About the Role
The Supervisor of Billing oversees all Ensemble Health Partners Billing associates and is responsible for the performance and effectiveness of the department.
Responsibilities
- Reports on Key Performance Indicators for the department and will be held to the standards identified as benchmarks for each client
- Manages the daily workflow of the department, monitors progress to identify trending issues and develop training or processes to address these issues
- Holds huddles to efficiently cover new or evolving training focuses to encourage and develop team members
- Oversees progress on the floor and monitors the worked accounts for quality assurance
- Manages assigned associate's time management and approval of timecards for payroll processing
- Works with multiple disciplines including Patient Access, Coding, Follow Up, Denials and any additional Revenue Management departments needed to aid in effort to ensure timely account review related to unbilled workflow
- Empowers staff to develop methods of process improvement, including planning, and setting priorities
Requirements
- 1 to 3 Years Required
- Knowledge of Excel is preferred
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Billing is preferred
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI
Qualifications
Knowledge of Excel is preferred
Experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Billing is preferred
