About the role
Currently hiring for Medical Billing Supervisors & Managers in the greater Baltimore area. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD, fully onsite. The role focuses on managing medical billing teams with an emphasis on training, development, and hands‑on partnership, requires expertise in the RCM process and all payer types to assist billers with day‑to‑day tasks, and is anticipated to close on Oct 19, 2026.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2‑3+ years of experience managing medical billing teams.
- Strong knowledge of the RCM process and all payer types.

Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate proven leadership in billing operations, effective training and mentoring skills, and a solid understanding of revenue cycle management.

Pay
