Physician Billing, Patient Account Representative

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance claims
• Collect payments from patients
• Resolve problems that occur during the payment process

Requirements

• Physician billing and coding experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good computation and organizational skills
• Ability to understand an Insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
• Detail-oriented with basic problem-solving skills
• Related office experience preferred
