Responsibilities
- Outpatient sports medicine clinic
- Outpatient family/primary care medicine clinic
- Option to serve as attending on the family medicine inpatient service
- Leadership opportunity as Associate Program Director of our Sports Medicine Fellowship
- Affiliate with local universities, high schools, and professional/community athletic organizations to develop programs and provide comprehensive sports medicine care
- Participate in outreach efforts to expand coverage of local universities, colleges, high schools, and other sports organizations, including sideline and training room coverage
- Teach as faculty for the primary care sports medicine fellowship, family medicine residencies, and School of Medicine
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Primary Care
- Eligible for active Louisiana Medical Licensure
- Must have a CAQ in Sports Medicine
