About the role
Nuvance Health Department of Thoracic Surgery is seeking a board-certified part-time thoracic surgical physician assistant to join its group at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Responsibilities
- Surgical first assisting
- Daily rounds
- Consults
- Admissions and discharges
- Work with vascular surgery as needed
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- NCCPA certified
- Strong surgical and patient management experience
