Physician Assistant - Surgery | Full-Time, Days (Brooklyn Campus)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for surgical patients admitted to the hospital, with emphasis on plastic and reconstructive surgery cases
• Perform consults, manage floor duties, and assist with OR coverage

Schedule

Full-time, Day Shift (Monday–Friday), covering inpatient and outpatient care.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in surgical specialties and plastic or reconstructive surgery with an emphasis on surgical wound closure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies
• NYS PA Licensure
• Current NCCPA Certification
• ACLS/BLS
• NYS Infection Control Certification
• DEA Certification with NYS Opioid Prescriber compliance

Pay

Salary Range: $70.30–$93.88/hourly

All roles require on-site presence, and employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
