About the role

We're seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the St. Louis, Missouri and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art centers.

Responsibilities

• Treating both pediatric and adult patient populations
• Performing minor procedures such as sutures, casts, splints, preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays
• Working in state-of-the-art centers equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced EMR integrated with Mercy
• Part of a network of urgent care centers managed by GoHealth Urgent Care

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of full-time experience as a NP or PA in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting
• Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification for Physician Assistants
• Master’s degree and appropriate certification (AANC or AANP) for Nurse Practitioners

Qualifications

• Comfortable with minor procedures, preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays
• Knowledgeable about the latest medical practices and technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Pay

Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates Plus Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!

Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.
