Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Sign on Bonus $10,000

About the role

Responsibilities

• Treating both pediatric and adult patient populations
• Performing minor procedures such as sutures, casts, splints, etc.
• Preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays
• Collaborating with a team of Rad Techs, Medical Assistants, and other healthcare professionals
• Participating in ongoing professional development through CME programs

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting
• Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification for Physician Assistants
• Master’s degree and appropriate certification for Nurse Practitioners (AANC or AANP)

Qualifications

• Comfortable with minor procedures
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and patient care protocols

Pay

Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates Plus Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!

Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.
