Physician Assistant-Plastics

About the role

The Physician Assistant provides clinical support to the division's of plastic surgery at the local clinic. You will assist in ambulatory settings as well as acute. Assist in clinic and acute inpatient rounding and surgical cases.

Responsibilities

• Aid in patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Perform routine medical examinations and procedures.
• Evaluate interval histories and communicate treatment plans.
• Obtain lab tests and ensure comprehensive care.
• Write prescriptions and educate patients and their families.
• Document patient care and clinic revenue processes.
• Evaluate and review care with attending physicians.
• Comply with regulatory standards and maintain patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited PA program.
• Eligible for licensure in the state of TN.
• Experience in surgical specialties is a plus.
