About the role
The UCHealth Medical Group and the UCHealth Internal Medicine Clinic in Longmont, CO are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in full-time work, and focused on excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in accordance with medical standards and protocols
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as delegated by a licensed physician
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely
- Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities
Requirements
- Required 2-3 years' internal medicine experience
- Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Master's in Nursing for Nurse Practitioners
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the State of Colorado
- Nurse Practitioner must have full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Qualifications
- Physician Assistant: Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, PA-C certification, DEA permit, unrestricted medical staff membership, appropriate practice privileges, prescriptive authority
- Nurse Practitioner: Master's degree in Nursing, NP certification, DEA permit, unrestricted license, medical staff membership, appropriate practice privileges, full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility

Pay
The pay range for this full-time position is $110,577 - $144,966 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
