Physician Assistant (PA-C) OR Nurse Practitioner Hartford CT Part-Time | 1-3 Days per Week $80-$90 per Hour + Performance Bonus We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team on a part-time basis 1-3 days per week at our office in Hartford CT. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with an interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal medicine who enjoys helping patients improve function, reduce pain, and help they meet their health and wellness goals. The ideal candidate has experience in orthopedics, physical medicine, family medicine, or sports medicine. Experience with joint injections is preferred, although additional procedural training is available. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluationsObtain medical histories and conduct focused physical examinationsReview and interpret imaging studies, including X-rays and MRIsDevelop diagnoses and individualized treatment plansEducate patients on treatment options and expected outcomesAssist with regen medicine procedures (training provided)Maintain accurate and timely medical documentationCollaborate with supervising physicians and the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner programConnecticut PA or NP licenseExperience in orthopedics, musculoskeletal medicine, physical medicine & rehabilitation, sports medicine, or family medicine preferredProcedure training preferred but we can train the right candidate Compensation & Benefits $80-$90 per hour + Performance-based bonus opportunityTraining in advanced regen medicine proceduresSupportive, collaborative clinical environmentOpportunity to work with an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team If you are a compassionate PA or NP looking to expand your procedural skills while helping patients improve their quality of life, we would love to hear from you.
