You will play a key role in helping create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including booking appointments, answering phone calls, and collecting payment information. The ideal candidate is organized, computer savvy, energetic, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications
- Previous medical office or healthcare experience preferred
- Full Time Availability Preferred
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar computer systems
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking skills, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Computer Savvy
- High school diploma or GED required
Compensation
$17–20/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
